View your Bills and Invoices details
For tracking your bills and invoice details, you need to go to the account summary page.
To see the details, follow the following steps:
Step-01: The user needs to click on the “Payments” tab to get detailed information about the payment transactions. It will contain all the transactions that you have made before whether they failed or were successful.
You can get the payment detail that includes Reference ID, Date/Time, Payment method, status, amount, and remarks. If the transaction has been made successfully then its marks will be empty. The system will add remarks if the transaction gets failed for providing the reason and info why the transaction failed.
Each time the user adds funds to the account, the account balance is updated, and a record is created in the payments table which is shown below. If any payments are declined, or NSF / Chargebacks occurred, these will be highlighted in red.
Step-02: The user can “Select Month” for getting payments for a specific month.
Step-03: To get invoices detail, the user needs to click on the “Invoices” tab which shows the list of invoices that the system generates for successful payment transactions. The system will prepare and submit an invoice on the 1st of every month for the previous month, which is an aggregate of all invoices paid or unpaid for the previous month. If there are any overdue invoices or NSF / Chargebacks during that month, they will be noted in red.
If accounts with 0% usage for the month are discovered during invoicing, the invoicing process must call the billing engine API to bill for the storage SaaS costs based on the number of total alerts in the system for the user. To lower the invoice's current balance, the billing engine will deduct the amount billed from the current balance.
