Add a New Payment Method
Add a new payment method
For adding a new payment method, the user needs to click on the “Add a Payment Method” button present on the account summary page.
Follow the following steps to add a new payment method.
Step-01: The user needs to enter the credit card details which include:
- Name of Credit Card
- Credit Card Number
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- CV
All the above input fields are mandatory, you need to enter valid information in the fields. The system will color red to highlight input fields and show the error message if you click on the “Add Card” button without entering data into the fields.
Step-02: The user needs to click on the “Add Card” button to save payment method detail into the system. Users can use this payment method later to add funds when the balance is low or when the user wants to subscribe to a plan. Users can also make this method of auto-recharge for automatically recharging their accounts.
