Recharge Account Balance / Add Funds
You can recharge your account balance by adding funds to your account. For this purpose, you can click on the “Add funds” option present on the main navigation menu as shown below:
Step-01: You can update the payment amount. select the most suitable payment method from the following options:
- Discover
- Mastercard
- Visa
The “Payment Amount” input field is mandatory. The system would disable the “Pay” button if you left that empty. You need to enter the correct payment amount that will be considered in the Dollar unit as $20.00. Moreover, you can add a new payment method by clicking on the “Add new payment method” link. Cards issued internationally that carry a VISA, MC, Discover or Amex logo can be accepted by US-domiciled Merchant (Utilli or Sub-Merchant).
There will be a toggle button that allows you to enable or disable the auto-recharge account option. The system shows the overview summary for funding the account that includes:
- Current balance
- Payment amount
- New Balance
The “View more" button will show the more payment methods that you have added previously to the system.
Add funds allows users to add a custom $ amount between a min of $20 to a max of $2000 to replenish their accounts. When the amount balance is less than the threshold, or zero, this will turn into a red font, and the app will no longer be able to send or schedule additional nudges.
Step-02: The user needs to click on the “Pay” button for completing the transaction and adding funds to the account. If the Subscription Status is inactive, any addition of funds will make it Active. The system will show the success message for the amount funded successfully.
