How to edit/reuse created forms?

How to edit/reuse your created enrollments? 

All the enrolment forms/ surveys will be shown in Survey/ Form Channel with the options Preview, Edit, & Delete and Analytics/ Reports.

1.0 Preview| Edit |Delete| Analytics/ Reports

Click on the edit option that will allow you to update the form details in order to reuse it in your nudge campaigns.

1.1 Edit and update

Edit the required fields as per your choice and update the survey/ form.
