Existing Nudges

Existing Nudges are pre-configured or previously sent communications within an application that can be reused, modified, or analysed for effectiveness. Understanding and leveraging existing nudges is crucial for improving communication strategies and maintaining consistent engagement with the audience. Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide to follow

Step 1: The user can visualize all the Nudges that were created earlier in the Existing Nudges, as shown below

Step 2: Click on the “Kebeb” Icon on the respective Nudge, and options are displayed to “View”, “Edit”, “Delete”, and “Test Email”.

1.1 Existing Nudges View

Step 3: Click on the “View” option or double-click on the respective Nudge to view the Nudge. Click on the “Edit” button to edit the Nudge.
