IVR Template Gallery
The Template Gallery for the IVR channel allows users to manage, preview, edit, delete, and configure IVR communication templates for outbound or inbound calls.
This feature is essential for enhancing efficiency, consistency, and creativity in content creation. Here’s an overview of the importance of the Template Gallery and a description of its key elements
The Nudge template gallery is designed with two categories, i.e., Standard and Your Design.
Standard Templates:
Step 1: In the standard gallery, the predefined templates are displayed to you, and those templates are used to “Preview” and the user can perform the “Send Test”
Your Design Template Category:
The “Your Design” tab is designed to view all the templates created by the user in one group in the “Grid” OR “List” view.
The users can click on the “Create Template” and create an IVR template from the template gallery.
The user can click on the drop-down menu to view the templates which are under “Active”, “Draft”, “Pending for Approval”, “Rejected”, and “All” as shown below
The users can click on the “Preview”, “Edit”, “View History”, and “Delete” icons against each template to view or edit or view history or delete the template.
When the user tries to delete the template that is processed in the Nudge, the system will prompt a message to the user as shown below, and it will not allow the user to delete the template.
The users can search for the template by utilizing the search feature from the template gallery, and the system will fetch the template based on the search results. The templates can be searched with the substring of the template names.
Template History:
In Nudge, all changes made to an active template are automatically tracked under Template History. This allows users to:
- View previous versions of the template.
- Understand what changes were made between versions.
- Restore an older version if needed.
Step: 1 In the template gallery, click on the “History” against the respective template
Step 2: Click on the respective change history accordion to identify the changes made to the template with the “Approved By”, “Approved On”, “Modified By”, and “Modified On”.
