Send A Test IVR

The Send Test feature in an application is crucial for ensuring that your communications are accurate, effective, and error-free before being sent to your entire audience. This feature lets you preview and validate the IVR calls by sending a test version to yourself.

Click on the “Send Test IVR” from the create / edit template or from the template preview as shown in the image below.

3.2 Create or Edit Preview

Provide the values for all the configured merge tag fields by selecting the “Sender Number”, and now, click on the “Send” button. The system will provide an information message that the “IVR is processed successfully. Please click here for the delivery status,” as shown below

To view the delivery status, the user needs to click on the link “Click here”. The system then displays an overview of the respective Nudge run.

Here, the IVR report is displayed based on the user input to the respective flow.
