Existing Nudges

Existing Nudges are pre-configured or previously sent communications within an application that can be reused, modified, or analyzed for effectiveness. Understanding and leveraging existing nudges is crucial for improving communication strategies and maintaining consistent engagement with the audience. Here’s a detailed step to follow

Step 1: The user can visualize all the Nudges that were created earlier in the Existing Nudges, as shown below

Step 2: Click on the “Kebeb” Icon on the respective Nudge and options are displayed to “View”, “Edit”, “Delete” and “Test Email”.

6.1 Existing Nudges

Step 3: Click on the “View” option or double-click on the respective Nudge to view the Nudge. Click on the “Edit” button to edit the Nudge.

6.2 View Mode

Step 4: Click on the “Edit” option to edit the respective Nudge for the required steps.

Step 6: Click on the “Delete” option to delete the respective Nudge permanently.

Step 7: Click on the “Test Email” to send the test SMS for the respective Nudge from the existing Nudges.

6.6 Test SMS Option

Step 8: Click on the “Create Nudge” from the existing Nudges to create a new Nudge.
