The Nudge template gallery is designed with two categories, i.e., Standard and Your Design.
Standard Templates:
Step 1: In the standard gallery, the predefined templates are displayed to you, and those templates can be utilized by the users by clicking on the “Use this template” button and allowing them to make changes based on the user’s use case. In addition to it, the user can preview the template and send a “Send Test” SMS notification.
Step 2: Edit the template with the necessary changes to the template fields as shown in the image and click on the “Save & Activate” button.
Step 3: The SMS template is successfully saved and activated.
Your Design Templates:
The “Your Design” tab is designed to view all the templates created by the users in the “Grid” and “List” views.
The users can click on the “Create Template” and create an SMS template from the template gallery.
The user can click on the drop-down menu to view the templates which are under the status “Active”, “Draft”, “Pending for Approval”, “Rejected”, and “All” as shown below
The users can click on the “Preview”, “Edit”, “Duplicate”, and “Delete” icons against each template to view or edit or duplicate, or delete the template.
When the user tries to delete the template that is used in a Nudge, the system will prompt a message to the user as shown below, and it will not allow the user to delete the template.
The users can search for the template by utilizing the search feature from the template gallery, and the system will fetch the template based on the search results. The templates can be searched with the substring of the template name or Subject, or content.
