Email Template Gallery
The Template Gallery in a Nudge application is a valuable resource that provides users with pre-designed templates for various types of content, such as New Invoices, Payment confirmation etc. This feature is essential for enhancing efficiency, consistency, and creativity in content creation. Here’s an overview of the importance of the Template Gallery and a description of its key elements
The Nudge template gallery is designed with two categories i.e., Standard and Your Design.
Standard Templates:
In the standard gallery, the predefined templates are displayed to you, and those templates can be utilized by the users by clicking on the “Duplicate” Icon and allowed to make changes based on the user’s use case. To it, the user can preview the template and send a “Send Test” email notification.
Edit the template and make the necessary changes to the template fields as shown in the image and click on the “Next” button.
The system displays the email editor page with the standard template and the user can make any changes to the template as per the need of the requirement.
Your Design Template Category:
The “Your Design” tab is designed to view all the templates created by the user in one group in the “Grid” and “List” view.
The users can click on the “Create Template” and create a beautiful template from the template gallery.
The user can click on the drop-down menu to view the templates which are under “Active”, “Draft”, “Pending for Approval”, “Rejected” and “All” as shown below
The users can click on the “Preview”, “Edit”, “Duplicate” and “Delete” icons against each template to view or edit or duplicate or delete the template.
When the user tries to delete the template that is processed in the Nudge, the system will prompt the user as shown below and will not allow the user to delete the template.
The users can search for the template by utilizing the search feature from the template gallery and the system will fetch the template based on search results. The templates can be searched with the substring of the template names.
