What are Push Preferences?

Nudge allows its users to know about what type of product / nudge notifications an individual customer likes and dislikes. To support this facility Nudge.net provides access to the nudge notifications controls to the end customers so that they can allow or stop receiving nudges and notifications for Push Notifications.

Types of Push Notifications:

• Mobile Push Notifications
• Web Push Notifications.

How does it Work?

When any customer opens your browser they will get a permission message whether they want to receive push notifications from that browser or not

In Mobile:

As shown in the above image the your customer will get a popup notification permission to get Push Notifications.

If the Customer Clicks allow they will get the push notifications, and if they click on block they will not get the push notifications.

In Web:

As shown in the above image the your customer will get a popup notification permission to get Push Notifications.

If the Customer Clicks allow they will get the push notifications, and if they click on block they will not get the push notifications.

As explained above users can choose their preferred mode of getting Push Notifications.
