Introduction to Email

Email communication holds a significant role in business aspects, including Promotional, transactional, Authentication types of emails for customer engagement, Nudge facilitates in sending all the types of communication with seamless integrations with the users existing systems or In house systems.

1.0 Email

Nudge has four categories to send Email communication

Create Template:

This feature allows users to draft new templates for sending Nudges.

Template Gallery:

Nudge template gallery provides few standard templates which can be duplicated and edit. In your design users can see customized templates created by the user.

Create Nudge:

Users can send 3 types of Nudges i.e. One time Nudge, Recurring Nudge, and Real time Nudge.

One-time Nudge: Users can create one-time nudge to send immediately  or can schedule it for future date or time.

Recurring Nudge: Users can create recurring nudges to send periodically.

Real-time Nudge: Users can create Real-time Nudges to send action based nudges like Authentication, payment confirmations and more real-time messages.

Existing Nudges:

Users can view or modify the previously created Nudges from existing nudges.

Pre-requisite for Email

All the users must give the following details to change the domain in Email

  • Provide the domain name from where users wanted to send emails to their Customers (Right now we are sending it via
  • Nudge team will share the CNAME with users Infra team which they need to maintain in the DNS records.
