What is Nudge
Introduction
The "Nudge" web application can build attractive emails, messages, and push notification alerts from scratch or by selecting from a gallery of pre-designed templates. Nudge facilitates immediate and live interaction through various communication channels, such as emails, SMS, WhatsApp, print, and push notifications. By using Nudge solution, users can manage their large-scale campaigns, recurring events, and automated billing.
The platform enables users to quickly and reliably broadcast messages or push notifications to a mass audience. It enables streamlined configurations for integrating user-end software systems, facilitating the automation and administration of nudge services directly from user platforms.
Overview
The 'Nudge' platform facilitates automation by empowering users to schedule recurring notifications for a wide audience, while also generating invoices automatically based on post-paid/pre-paid account settings.
Nudge facilitates the customization of templates across all communication channels incorporating merge tags during template creation or updates, thus enhancing customization options for effective communication. By adding merge tags, the system can seamlessly extract dynamic values from CSV/Recipient files, ensuring personalized nudges are delivered based on individual recipient data. The "Nudge" platform facilitates users to send instant, real-time, and scheduled nudges.
The registered user can create the templates in the following Channels:
- SMS
- Push Notifications
Email: Registered users can draft email templates using easy drag & drop editor while adhering to all CAN-SPAM regulations.
SMS:
The users registered with USA instance can create SMS template by verifying Toll free Number in the configuration section.
The users registered with Indian instance can create SMS templates with DLT configuration, Templates need to created and approved in registered DLT portal initially, and users need to replicate the same templates with respective DLT template Id in nudge portal.
WhatsApp: Registered user can create WhatsApp templates, However all the templates for WhatsApp outbound notifications need to be reviewed and approved by WhatsApp. After creating a WhatsApp template, submit it for approval to use it for sending WhatsApp outbound notifications. Create a Nudge account at Nudge
Initially users can create free nudge account. To create a nudge account, the user must have a business email Id.
Follow the below steps for creating a Nudge account
Step-1: Visit the landing page of Nudge
Users are required to visit the landing page of the Nudge website, where they can find the "Start Free Trial" button. Upon clicking this button, users will be redirected to the signup screen.
Step-2: Provide Basic Information
In the next step, the user needs to provide basic information, Email, and Password, as shown in the below image.
For email, you need to provide a business email like abc@comapny.com or xyz@domain.com.
Step-3: Verify Email Address
Once the user registered with email address and password user will receive verification email to verify email. Click on "Verify Email" or Link given in the verification mail to verify.
Step-4: Complete Your Profile
After verifying business email, the system redirects the user to complete your profile details, Company information and Address.
Select the checkbox to receive product updates from Nudge.
