What are the Charges for Recurring nudges? 

For each channel (Email, SMS, WhatsApp), the price/charges for the recurring nudge are fixed for each nudge as stated in the subscription plans. When a user sends a recurring nudge, the charges are immediately withdrawn from the user's account balance. The total cost of recurring nudges is computed by multiplying the number of recipients by the number of nudges sent. If there is more than one recipient, the cost of each recurring nudge will be multiplied by that number to get the total charges for that batch.

Each deduction generates an invoice, which is provided to the user via email in pdf format so that he may keep track of his deductions and send regular nudges. The invoice contains all of the information, including the time stamp and nudges information.
