Why can users not create WhatsApp Nudge Templates like Email and SMS Nudge?

While creating a WhatsApp nudge, the user can't create a new template because the WhatsApp templates are reviewed and approved by the WhatsApp team to check the content standards and text added to the template.

But we are facilitating the Nudge users to create the templates according to their own requirements. See here

These user-created templates will be reviewed by the Nudge Support Team to verify the content and then these will be forwarded to WhatsApp Team for final review and confirmation.

Once these templates are confirmed by the WhatsApp team they will be added to your standard WhatsApp templates so you can use them any time in the future.
