How to create a Real-Time Nudge?
To create a real-time nudge, the user first chooses a channel from the side menu by clicking on one of the channel buttons. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or are all viable options. The user will follow the procedures outlined below to create a successful real-time nudge:
Step-I: Setup
You will provide basic information about the nudge, such as its name, description, sender name, and sender email, in the first phase of establishing a real-time nudge. In this section, the user can read the API documentation.
Step-II: Recipients
The user can add merge tags value information such as merge tag name and description to the recipient section. The merge tag value information part, which includes the merge tag name and description, can be added or selected by the user.
Step-III: Design
The user can choose any of the previous templates set for the real-time nudge, update the template, or create a new template during the design process of creating a real-time nudge. The system allows users to add an unsubscribe link to prevent spam reports, but they can also continue without one.
Creating Template for Real-time Nudge
When establishing a new real-time template, the system will prompt the user to provide the template name and subject before redirecting them to the template editor, which is incredibly user-friendly due to its drag-and-drop functionality. It enables users to create a custom template for real-time nudges. Before completing the real-time nudge, the user can send a test nudge. To make the template appealing and associated with the user's brand, the editor allows the user to add headings, free text, social media icons, and action buttons.
The newly produced template will be saved in the user's designed templates gallery for the real-time nudge so that it can be reused in future nudges.
Step-IV: Overview
In the fourth phase, the system allows the user to check the details of the nudges before sending them to the client. Before sending it to clients/customers, users can validate the information and see if anything is missing or misplaced.
