Step-I: Setup
In the first step to creating a one-time nudge, you will be providing the basic detail about the nudge like name, description, sender name, and sender email.
Step-II: Recipients
In the second step, the system will ask you to provide the recipient information which is also known as contact data. Users can use the available data file or can import new data files in CSV format. The CSV file will have a specified format for the data with specific data fields.
Step-III: Design
In this step of creating a one-time nudge, the user can choose any of the previous templates defined for the one-time nudge or the user can create a new template.
Creating Template for One-Time Nudge
While creating a new template for a one-time nudge system will redirect the user to the template editor which is very easy to use due to its drag-and-drop facility. It allows the users to set a customized template for the one-time nudge. The editor allows the user to add headings, free text, social media icons, and action buttons to make the template attractive and aligned with the user’s brand.
The newly created template will be also saved in the user’s designed templates gallery for the one-time nudge so that the user can use it in future nudges as well.
Step-IV: Schedule
At the fourth step of creating a one-time nudge, the user will have the facility to send the nudge instantly or to schedule the nudge to be sent to the customer at any specific date and time. While scheduling the one-time nudge user can select the time zone, date, and time so that the user can send the message to the customer in an effective way at an efficient time.
Step-V: Overview
In the fifth step, the system provides the facility for the user to review the nudges details before sending them to the customer. Users can validate the information and check if something is misplaced or missing can be added before sending it to the clients/customers.
